Our products include Coco Peat Blocks, Coir Fibre, Coconut Coir Grow Bags, and other related products that we produce and export to meet agricultural and horticultural requirements in the world market. Manufacturing Strength
In order to achieve high standards we have coir pith that is manufactured only using our coir units, our extra manufacturing unit which is in the Erode district. Our concrete drying yard dries the coir pith, and removes contamination and the procedure of sand-removal. A 6 mm screener is used to sieve the pith, and this guarantees the homogenous texture and purity. We have a minimum production of 5 tons of coir pith blocks in a day and are perfectly positioned to meet bulk and long term supply needs.
Developed Processing and Water Management
There is an ample supply of quality water to serve our operations. Washing of coir pith is done in low EC water (EC 0.1), which is supplied by a canal that borders our land. There is also land that is located with an excellent water source of EC 0.5 which is for buffering purposes only. We are going to also upgrade our infrastructure through laying of concrete and building four bunkers within our 5-acre plant to increase efficiency and uniformity in processing.
Infrastructure & Annual Round-the-Clock Supply
We hold inventory on 5 acres of our own property thus allowing production to continue and supply all year round. We have good mastery of raw materials, water resources, drying yards and storage plants, which makes our quality and delivery reliable.
